USAID Thought Leadership Campaign
USAID held an annual campaign to collect examples of staff and partners collaborating, learning, and adapting in their work. The campaign served to underscore USAID thought leadership and advance programming best practices. Under my leadership, the campaign reached record levels of engagement for three consecutive years, with over 70% of engagement coming from new participants. Channels included:
